A very spacious 65 ft narrowboat, perfect for a big family or a group of friends. The semi trad rear deck provides an enclosed seating area, which is great for socialising. It also provides a safe area for children and pets, who can be part of the cruising experience while being safely tucked away from the water. The internal layout consists of 2 separate bedrooms, both can be made up into a double or two singles. Another double can be made up from the lounge in the living area making a total berth of 6.
Strider is ideal for an exciting city trip to the Roman city of Chester, a relaxing cruise onto the Llangollen Canal to Ellesmere or a more active route all the way to Llangollen. Watch Herons and Kingfishers hunt for their prey, visit the remains of Beeston Castle and take a stroll around the Meres in Ellesmere. Hurleston Junction, the gateway to the Llangollen Canal, is only a 3 hours cruise away from the hire base in Beeston. Both the Four Counties and Cheshire Ring are also great options for an extended holiday of 2 - 3 weeks.

Please Note:
From the end of October until the beginning of March boat hire is available on a flexible basis weeks /short breaks and not necessarily keeping to a particular boats stated start and finish days/dates. Christmas and New Year hire can be arranged to suit your needs are far as possible. Read more about winter hire here. Please enquire with your requirements.
